We use pvc, calcium and compound (stabilizer, PE wax, stearic acid, etc) as raw material, put them into mixer, then through extruder, die mould, hot stamping machine, haul off machine, it can produce pvc ceiling, if change pvc moulds, and it can produce other designs of pvc ceiling board, and there are many kinds of shapes.

By changing surface hot stamping films, the surface colors can be varying. The production line can be also used for producing pvc decorative wall panel for bath room, kitchen roof and wall decoration as well.
