HDPE gas pipe machine uses single screw extruder in production.
The whole production process is: automatic vacuum feeding machine absorbs the grain HDPE raw material into and dryer hopper, after drying, raw material will be taken into single screw extruder to be plasticized, then through mould, vacuum calibration tank, water cooling tank, cutting machine and finally taken to stacker. The production machines can also be used in PMMA/ PPR / PE-RT pipes extrusion.
HDPE/ high-density polyethylene pipes can also be used in in-house gas supply pipe, in house water supply pipe, crude oil supply pipe, and in other fields like agriculture, industry, residence.
